Local: $48–$52/hr

Required Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Relevant clinical PT experience
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Ability to meet the 32-hour weekly guarantee
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow facility policies and safety standards
Provide quality, patient-centered PT care
