Schedule: 3×12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | On-Call After 90 Days

Pay Rate:
Local: $62–$67/hr
Traveler: $66–$71/hr
Required Qualifications:
Active New Jersey RN License or valid multi-state Compact RN License
AHA BLS certification
ASN required; BSN preferred
Level I Trauma experience required
Experience with endovascular, spine, neuro, orthopedic, and orthopedic trauma procedures
Strong clinical and analytical skills
Ability to provide professional perioperative nursing care
Strong communication skills
Epic Test Out required
Scrub experience preferred
Ability to float to the ASC as needed
English proficiency required
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
Provide professional nursing services throughout the perioperative process
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Assign and evaluate work of non-nursing direct care staff
Provide care for endovascular, spine, neuro, orthopedic, and orthopedic trauma procedures
Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements
Float to like units and ASC as required
Participate in on-call coverage after 90 days
Work every other weekend and holidays as required
