Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care
Location: Chambersburg, PA 17201
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day | 3×12 Hours
Hours: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Schedule: Every Other Weekend | No Call
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr
Required Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania LPN License
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience
Skilled Nursing/LTC experience required
Ability to work 3×12-hour day shifts
Ability to work every other weekend
No on-call requirement
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care records
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the healthcare team
Follow LTC policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
